Custom Engraved & Handpainted Art – Sales Guidelines for Gibby N Friends Co.
Thank you for choosing Gibby N Friends Co. for your custom engraved and handpainted art (Magnets, Pins and earrings)
To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, please review the following sales guidelines:
- Order Process
• Consultation: All custom orders begin with a free consultation to discuss your vision, size, design elements, and any photos to provide.
• Quote: A detailed quote will be provided after the consultation. This includes the total price, estimated completion time, and what’s included in your order.
- Non-Refundable Deposit
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any custom project. This deposit secures your spot, covers materials, and compensates for initial design time.
• Work will not begin until the deposit is received.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion and before delivery or pickup.
- Timeline
• Custom pieces can typically take 2–4 weeks depending on complexity and current workload. We will communicate any changes or delays.
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and are subject to availability.
- Design Approval
• You will receive a digital proof or sketch before engraving and painting begins. This is your opportunity to request changes.
• Once the design is approved, no major revisions can be made.
- Cancellations & Refunds
• Because each item is handmade and custom-designed, all sales are final.
• The deposit is non-refundable even if the order is canceled before completion.
• If you cancel after production begins, you are responsible for paying the full balance.
- Pickup, Delivery & Shipping
• Orders can be picked up at the Downtown Vancouver Farmers Market or another arranged market location.
• Shipping is available for an additional fee. Tracking will be provided once shipped.
- Ownership & Rights
• Gibby N Friends Co. retains the right to photograph and share finished custom work for marketing and portfolio purposes.
• Your personal design will never be recreated for another customer without your consent.
